Urgently hiring for the following role: 

Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Duties: Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team including inspectors, NDT personnel, quality engineers, and supervisors; Set clear expectations for quality standards, inspection consistency, and accountability across shifts; Ensure all steel plates (rolled, cut, processed, heat treated, or reworked) meet customer specifications, API/ASTM standards, and mill order requirements; Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Standard Operating Procedures (QSOP), work instructions, inspection standards, and sampling plans; Identify capacity constraints in manufacturing and quality processes by analyzing production flow, inspection throughput, and quality data; Develop action plans addressing capacity constraints and risk to reduce bottlenecks and ensure consistent product quality; Oversee the CNC Production, Rework Flow (Grinding/Recut) and approve final release of reworked plates; Ensure inspection equipment calibration, inspector certification compliance, and accuracy of inspection records, material traceability, heat information, and MTRs; Develop quality KPI dashboards, analyze daily quality data to identify trends and improvements; Lead customer quality reviews, audits, and site visits; manage customer complaints and investigations through timely corrective actions and reporting; and maintain customer relationships to ensure alignment with evolving product requirements.
Job Requirements: Must have at least a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field and 1 year of experience in Operations Integration or Quality Engineering. Experience must include identifying potential constraints risks, developing action plans addressing capacity constraints and risk.
